What a pretty cat!! l've always loved gray cats ever since I had one who was my best friend as a child! ANd why would Darby get up from such a comfy spot to chase a MOUSE, of all things?!! It could be worse, like when our cat chased one all over the house, up the curtains, and wherever mice go. Eeek!
I had a mouse bump into my foot in my studio room as I was standing there painting.... I looked down from my painting slowly since I was in the zone... and there he was backing up to make another run for it.. good grief.. Don't have a cat yet but looks as though it won't do any good... good luck with your mouse and also the cat!
